Service People -- Please Read. The information gathered here may be shared with other CMA General Services Committees. Being complete with your information will help us to share your information with your local CMA Area or other CMA Intergroup Committees plus to help us contact you for future Conference information.

Before you add a new CMA meeting to the CMA meeting directory, take a moment and see if your group's meeting is already listed. Please do not assume. This is the largest single goober service people make here. People cancel meetings not listed, add meetings already listed, update meetings already cancelled.  Please look both ways before you proceed across the street.

All the information requested is required but some will not be publically displayed. A group's meeting secretary or GSR should be filling out these forms, including all names, emails -- plus phone numbers of meeting Secretary and GSR. If you do not have this information your request may be returned for completion. 

Please update your groups information, even if you this it was done recently. Anything that has changed in 2009/2010 should be updated. 

"It would be easier if I just emailed my changes to the webmaster..." Maybe for you, but not for the committee personal, content updaters, and volunteers that do the work and share your information between subcommittees.
